TREE CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All our trees are freshly cut so choose the tree you really like the look of.
Keep it outside for as long as possible in a cool shaded place until required indoors
If you have had the tree longer than 1 week saw 5cm off the base of the trunk to enable it to absorb more water.
Cut trees are no different to cut flowers and they will dry out if they cannot draw up moisture.
Bring the tree inside and place in a cool dry place, and insert the tree into a water holding stand (we sell lots of these) away from direct or underfloor heat then remove the net.
Keep the water reservoir in the stand topped up regularly.

Our Christmas Trees like many other perishable goods (e.g. flowers) will deteriorate with time and are non refundable. It is important to follow the tree care instructions. . If however, you do have a problem with your tree please can you notify us by e-mail of the problem as soon as possible and send photos.
